• The Art of Synchronized Swimming

A hybrid form of swimming, dance and gymnastics, consisting of swimmers (either solos, duets, combos, or teams) performing a synchronized routine of moves in the water, accompanied by music.

  • There’s nothing as visually graceful as the sight of synchronized swimmers performing.

A mixture of strength, endurance, flexibility, artistry, and precise timing, as well as exceptional breath control. Strength and flexibility are required to deliver routines that can be up to five minutes long and look effortless in the water.

  • The creativity of a synchronized team lift is so amazing.

Who would have thought to do a hand stand on someone's feet, a double back flip, while girls are treading water lifting or throwing swimmers as much as 10 feet in the air.

Our Mission

Provide an opportunity for each athlete to fully develop their personal and athletic potential. Foster the pursuit of excellence through personal development, teamwork, sportsmanship and responsible behavior in and out of the pool. Teach our athletes to respect teammates and opponents, the acceptance of victory with grace and humility, and acknowledgement of defeat with fortitude and perseverance.
  • All Things are Possible

    All Things are Possible

Synchronized swimming is one of those incredibly niche sports you almost forget is real.
  • Living up to our potential

    Living up to our potential

It requires great water skills, strength, endurance as well as other techniques like breath control.
  • Refuse to be average

    Refuse to be average

It requires the ability to explode out of the pool like a water polo player, flip through the air and splash gracefully into the water like a diver.
  • At One with the Water

    At One with the Water

Constantly treading water while performing gravity defying moves, keeping in mind that when teammates lift one another, they are not touching the bottom of the pool.
